Voluntary Blood Donation Activities in Various Local Branches Have Been Successfully Completed
Voluntary blood donation is a common public welfare project of Bandao, and is also a conscious action of the Company to give back to the society. From March 13th to 14th, the voluntary blood donation activities initiated by T&W Charity Foundation were carried out in various branches successively.
This year totally 131 employees from all over the country participated in the voluntary blood donation activities, with a cumulative blood donation of 46,400ml.
Among them, 27 employees in Shekou, Shenzhen participated in the blood donation, with the cumulative blood donation volume reaching 10,000ml; 47 employees in Taicang participated in the blood donation, with the cumulative blood donation volume being 14,600ml; 5 employees in Shanghai participated in the blood donation, with the blood donation volume of 1,000ml; 52 employees in Pingshan participated in the blood donation, with the blood donation volume reaching 20,800ml.
It has become a tradition for employees to donate blood. For example, Ding Yucheng, an employee of Taicang Information Management Department, has participated in voluntary blood donation for 15 times.
Many newly graduated college students also joined the rank of volunteers for blood donation this year. Take Liu Yang for example, she is an employee from the General Manager Office of Shekou. This year it was the first time for her to donate blood. She was nervous but also sympathetic, with a hope that her blood can help more people in need.
The voluntary blood donation in the joint action of Bandao Stock reflects the Company’s corporate culture of giving back to the society, and it has a high degree of cohesiveness and appeal among the employees.
The CPC members of Bandao Stock fully played the vanguard and exemplary role in the blood donation activities. They not only took the lead in actively donating blood, but also actively participated in organizing blood donation activities, volunteering to ensure the efficient and successful launch of the blood donation activities. It has embodied the combination of the Company’s CPC building and corporate culture.
Up to the present, the total volume of blood donated by Bandao Stock has reached 362,600ml over the years. And the love will continue and be passed on.
