The successful return of the third executives' expansion activity in Tibet


There is the blue sky and mount covered with white snow. We can see the swirling clouds in violet haze and the stirring ridges and peaks. On July 2, the 25th anniversary celebration series of T&W entrepreneurship - the third executives' expansion activity in Tibet was held as scheduled. At 6:00 pm of July 7, the senior executive team successfully boarded the 5200-meter Mount Everest base camp and reached the goal that 100% members approached Mount Everest.



The development activity aims at celebrating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the company, inheriting the enterprise culture and melting the team through a challenging journey to enhance the cohesion of the common struggle and then start the journey for the second venture.



The Tibet development is led by Wang Zhibo, the deputy general manager of the company and has completed the task of arriving at Mount Everest base camp from Shenzhen, Shanghai and returned safely from July 2 to 10.



In the 9-day expansion activity, the expansion personnel appreciated the beautiful scenery of the plateau and experienced the unique characteristics of the Tibetan culture. They experienced Potala Palace that is ancient palace castle building with the highest elevation, Jokhang Temple with a history of more than 1000 years, Yamdrok Lake that has the reputation of “Heaven Lake” and Tashilhunpo where the previous panchens held religious and political activities and other world-famous sacred places. At the same time, all the players adhere to the company's enterprise culture of entrepreneurial spirit to overcome the tight schedule, bad weather and strong altitude reaction to successfully complete the expansion task under the strong pressure and challenges.



What is different from the previous two “executives’ development activities in Tibet” is that this development is led by T&W Training Institute and has formulated the record and feedback way of “summary”, “share”, “brief report” every day from the three dimensions like journey, individual life perception and exploration of the company's development to distillate perception and memory, strengthen conviction and march forward.
