Recently, our company received the forwarding approval from the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission that our company was successfully approved as the national enterprise technology center according to FGGJ [2016] No. 2680 of Notice on releasing the list of national enterprise technology centers in 2016 of National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs and State Taxation Administration.
Since 2013, our company has applied for the national enterprise technology center for three times, but the first two applications failed. In 2015, we prepared for the application again and made numerous modifications in the application materials. On the eve of the project oral defense, Manager Tang personally presided over the meeting to make important instructions on the project oral defense and send a strong defense team. The success of the project approval not only benefited from the good development of the company, but also filled with hard work of the leaders and staff of the company.
Winning the title of national enterprise technology center is of great significance. Since 1993, the central authorities have reviewed 23 batches of national enterprise technology centers. At present, a total of 26 national enterprise technology centers in Shenzhen have been approved including our company. An average of about 1 to 2 enterprises in Shenzhen will obtain national enterprise technology center approval every year, and the approved enterprises are Huawei, ZTE and other leading enterprises. The technology level, innovation ability, innovation mechanism, innovation benefit and industry leading position of Bandao Stock have been affirmed by the five nationalministries. Winning the honor will make our company enjoy corresponding preferential policies and support. For example, the government will give a certain amount of financial assistance, the customs will give appropriate tax policy support, and National Development and Reform Commission will support the national enterprise technology center according to the facts to support the national enterprise technology center to undertake the research and development tasks of the central government’s science and technology plan.
