Bandao Shares Grandly Held the Relocation Ceremony of Pingshan T&W Industrial Plant
On the morning of November 23, the relocation ceremony of Pingshan T&W Industrial Plant of Bandao Shares was ceremoniously held in the plant square. The senior management team of the company, the management cadres above the manager level in Shenzhen, and the leading cadres of Shanghai, Taicang and Dalian companies were specially invited, all party members in Shenzhen, the Pingshan infrastructure team and staff representatives participated in the ceremony, and they lighted the lights of the Pingshan building when they entered the site, thus jointly witnessed the successful completion of this modern and high-end industrial park, and warmly congratulated the official relocation of the intelligent manufacturing base.
There is a dream in the T&W Industrial Plant. From the signing of the transaction confirmation letter by Mr. Wang to the completion of the acceptance inspection, and in terms of the capping of the main building and the crossed construction of various decoration and installation projects, all staff members have worked overtime to speed up the progress to the maximum extent, so as to lay a solid foundation for the relocation. In order to thank the builders of Pingshan T&W, Tang Funan, general manager of the company, presented the commendation red packet to the infrastructure project team, and expressed his sincere recognition of the work contributed by the project team.
Pingshan T&W Industrial Plant covers an area of 49,200 square meters and a construction area of 160,000 square meters, which embodies the painstaking efforts and sweat of T&W people. Everyone watched the video and reviewed the arduous and glorious infrastructure history of Pingshan T&W Industrial Plant.
In the grand speech delivered by Mr. Wang, he detailed the introduction of the brand-new transformation brought about from Pingshan T&W Industrial Plant in terms of the layout planning, production capacity, scale, quality and design decoration, and he expressed the joy of T&W people after having their own homes in Shenzhen. He said that Pingshan Industrial Plant covers an area of 49,200 square meters; in addition, the government will provide 3,000 square meters of green land for the company to build street garden. The entire factory building covers an area of 168,000 square meters, including 8,000 square meters of cadre quarters in Triumph City, which is 60,000 square meters more than the sum of Shekou headquarters and Xinqiao area. Specifically, the production area is 23,000 square meters more than that of Xinqiao. The office and staff activity site covers an area of 33,000 square meters, which is 5000 square meters of more than the sum of Xinqiao and Shekou. The underground garage can accommodate nearly 600 cars, which can meet the needs of future development. The projects of the entire plant area, including the production and living area are much larger than those in Xinqiao and Shekou headquarters. As the floor height of the whole factory area is the category of high-rise building, which is difficult to construct and it is also built with good decoration materials. The relevant officials of Pingshan government also believe that it is the best factory building in the current Pingshan, which conforms to our high quality building featured with "quality first, not lagging behind in 30 years and still usable in 50 years". Although the company has invested more than 900 million yuan, it can save at least 1 million yuan every month compared with renting factories. Therefore, we should be grateful to the government.
Mr. Wang said that the project was the fastest in Pingshan at that time from the signing of the contract on December 15, 2015 to negotiation, exploration and design. It is far from easy to finish the project within such a short time and speed up the progress. Although the office building has not yet been completed, we still created a miracle -- it took us only more than two years to basically complete the relocation and enable our production capacity here. It’s worth our wait. In order to get the factory opened earlier, we have been racing against time every day. Why do we do this? Even if the rule of three-year completion remains unchanged, we will still strive to relocate Xinqiao factory before that mainly due to the expiring contract of Xinqiao factory and the increased production capacity. For the very first time in Shenzhen, we have a factory area of our own. Everyone has moved from various places and moved with the company many times. In each move, we couldn’t design and plan for the long term as we wished. Now we have our own park and home.
Mr. Wang commented that as the company's first park with independent property rights in Shenzhen, it will be integrated with the headquarters building, R&D center, intelligent manufacturing center and logistics service in the future, which will greatly improve the efficiency of OEM business and accelerate the pace towards full-scale intelligent production. The completion of Pingshan Industrial Plant is an important milestone in the development process of company and a new opportunity for the production base to expand its production capacity and realize the second start-up and take off. Right here, one park has integrated various processes from headquarters management to development, sales and production, with which work efficiency can be greatly enhanced and "two highs and one fast" can be realized, that is, high-end, high-efficiency and fast comprehensive intelligent production. From the perspective of long-term development, OEM is our foundation and lifeline. By ensuring the quality and excellent OEM business, the company will have its own brand and produce more advanced products with scientific and technological innovation as its driving force for development.
Mr. Wang said that after the factory was handed over on November 1, many employees worked all night for the preparation and made painstaking efforts, and it was them who should be thanked. Of course, the same is true for all infrastructure workers, and they accommodated here since December 2015. In the past three years, they have been the first to build a homeland here so that they can achieve the results today. The most important thing in the future is the overall relocation of the factory. The standard of measurement is that we should turn it into a park integrating management, research and development, sales and production. The relocation in the future will include headquarters management, sales and product lines. After the relocation, it would really be a challenge for employees living in Nanshan and Bao’an as it would take four to five hours to get to and from work. However, some of us have been staying in Pingshan for three years. The factory was quite satisfactory this time and many people have been ready to stay in Pingshan for a long time. In the future, whether it is headquarters, product line or sales personnel, they should carry forward the spirit of fighting. I hope everyone can work contentedly at ease, and transit smoothly and lay a stable foundation for the future development of the company.
Under the leadership of Mr. Wang and Mr. Tang, the board of directors of the company appointed the senior management team and person in charge of Pingshan Project to cut the ribbon for the relocation ceremony. Amid the festive firecrackers, all the staff faced the factory gate, and welcomed the relocation truck to enter the site slowly, which led to the shipping station of No.2 factory to unload the first batch of relocation equipment. Company leaders Gong Pusheng and Chen Kai made a plant visit to everyone including the areas such as factory building, staff activity center, canteen and dormitory. Moreover, the company has carefully prepared 28 buffet meals for everyone in the specialty restaurant of the complex building to celebrate the relocation ceremony.
The road of construction in the past three years is the witness of sweat and miracles. On September 30, 2016, together with all the senior executives, Mr. Wang and Mr. Tang scooped up the first lift of the earth in the solemn salute, indicating the official commencement of Pingshan Industrial Park. The rumbling machines began to run on the construction site, and rushing sling carts shuttled among the busy workers. The most critical step in the rise of a towering high-rise building is piling. Prior to the construction of each pile, extra-front drilling and rock judgment will be added. Meanwhile, professional and technical personnel from geological prospecting units will be stationed in the site to ensure that each pile hole can meet the design and specification requirements before the concrete pouring. The quality of the project has been fully approved by the municipal authorities. In order to ensure sufficient time for subsequent decoration and curtain wall construction, various construction methods have been continuously studied and the pace has been quickened for the main construction of the infrastructure. According to the quota of construction period, it takes 716 days from pile foundation to ceiling, but it actually took us only 270 days to complete the ceiling of No. 5 building (canteen) and No. 7 building (dormitory), and on the 330th day, the ceiling of No. 6 building (dormitory) has been completed and the 400th day has witnessed the ceiling of No. 1 and No. 2 factories. Mr. Wang said that we were making miracles.
On June 6, 2018, the party committee secretary of Pingshan District visited Pingshan construction site and met with Mr. Wang and factory leaders, so as to offer support and hope to the development of the factory in Pingshan. After the Spring Festival in 2018, the Plant Equipment Department, Administration Department and IT Department began to enter Pingshan to conduct the equipment installation, follow-up and evaluation of the system commissioning as well as studying and training, thus laying a solid foundation for the later formal takeover of the plant. Each department also regularly organized personnel to Pingshan construction site to carefully check and compare with the process requirements output by the factory and layout planning drawings, so as to ensure the convenience of production line operation and staff's living after relocation and save reconstruction cost. In the last months of the relocation, the finishing work of various infrastructure projects was under full swing. At the same time, the opening and cleaning of factory buildings, the installation and commissioning of all kinds of equipment, the road cleaning and greening in the park were also going on simultaneously. The relocation plan has been set and all links were closely linked without any delay. Everyone tightened themselves at the last moment without slackening a tiny bit. As the relocation is drawing near, the headquarters and factory departments have organized employees to visit the new factory area in succession. The visiting staffs were deeply impressed by the independent park, new living facilities and pleasant surrounding green environment.
New starting point heralds new dream; great leap promises great development. Pingshan T&W Industrial Factory Area is the crystallization of the concerted efforts of all company members. This modern and high-end manufacturing factory will become a new landmark in Pingshan District. On this fertile land, let's light up Pingshan and realize the take-off of the second business start-up of the company.
