In the afternoon of May 15th, Xu Guodong, Member of the Standing Committee of Pingshan District & Head of Organization Department, and his party visited T&W industrial plant in Pingshan for investigation and survey of Party building work. Wang Dawei, Secretary of the Party Committee & Chairman of the Company, Long Xiaojing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee & Deputy General Manager of the Company, Shen Kai, Production & Human Resource Administrative Deputy General Manager, and members of the Party Committee Office of the Company received Mr. Xu and his party.
Mr. Xu and his party successively visited the Party Building demonstration project and culture exhibition hall of the company, and listened to the introduction about the development of the company. Later, the two parties held a symposium.
Mr. Xu spoke highly of the work resumption and Party Building work of the company in the midst of COVID-19. He expressed that the rapid progress of Bandao Electronics keeps step with the development in Pingshan District and hopes the Party building demonstration project of Bandao Electronics could make full use of its advantage to drive the development of enterprises in surrounding areas and play a demonstration and leading role.
General Manager Wang introduced the production and operation condition during the outbreak of COVID-19, company’s development layout and business development of its subsidiaries. He illustrated the objective reality of the weakness in terms of high-end talents in Pingshan District. General Manager Wang said the general work principle right now is to tackle the crisis and mobilize all Party members to overcome the unprecedented challenges caused by the spreading of global pandemic on economic society, get over the impact brought by downward world economy on economic society, and deal with the severe situation of obvious increase of instability and uncertainty at home and abroad. The work of the Party committee is to “Add Vitality, Enhance Vigour and Increase Pressure”, to achieve the transformation and upgrading development goal in a concerted effort. General Manager Wang also raised demand on Party member development index, employers’ children education qualification and Party members’ training and education, hoping the Organization Department could help to coordinate. Director Xu promised he will focus on meeting major demands of enterprises.
