Bandao Stock released the latest organizational structure in 2017
Since started second venture in 2016, Bandao Stock has accumulated steadily, made unremitting self-improvement, actively explored and got countless achievements and glories, getting the initial results of second venture and clearing the development direction of the company more. The company’s future development strategy will focus on the field of broadband communication transmission and application equipment, the Internet health care and care equipment field. Since the annual planning work conference and mobilization conference of second venture on March 2016, annual work conference from August to September and the recent 2017 annual planning work forum attended by 17 operating units, more than ten subsidiaries have been set up and preliminary technology layout has been completed in Dalian, Shanghai, Taiwan and other places so that the company’s development strategy and strategic planning are increasingly clear. Based on the 2016 exploration and future strategy planning, the company restructured its organizational structure in 2017 and recently announced its latest organizational structure in 2017. The major adjustment includes:
First, according to the division of the two business areas, restructure the original three business divisions to two business divisions, namely network communication division and intelligent products division.
Second, establish three business platforms that include: product R&D and production technology centers (Xinqiao&Taicang), intelligent production base (Xinqiao&Taicang) and global sales systems (brand business, direct marketing and subcontracting business).
Other unit systems include headquarter function platform, institutions directly managed by the general manager, special committee, department affiliated to the company and T&W Love Charity Foundation.
