In order to help the principal, head teacher, and backbone teachers of Tongwei Hope Primary School establish management thinking, improve management capabilities, build a unique management system for Tongwei Hope Primary School, and improve the overall quality of education in the school, on the morning of October 9th, Shenzhen Tongwei Love Public Welfare Foundation organized the second session of the second "Teaching Wisdom" training class for the 2023 Tongwei Hope Primary School. The session was officially launched at the conference room on the 6th floor of Shenzhen City College. This session of the training class was also co-organized by Pingshan District Education and Science Research Institute and Shenzhen City College. It will be completed on October 20th.
At the opening ceremony, Wang Dawei, Chairman of Bandao Co., Ltd. and Director of the Foundation, Long Xiaojing, Chairman of the Foundation and Deputy General Manager of Bandao Co., Ltd., Song Nuan, President of Shenzhen City College and Director of the Shenzhen Primary and Secondary School Principals Training Center, and other guests attended the ceremony. 51 principals, head teachers and key teachers from 10 Tongwei Hope Primary Schools gathered together to start their learning journey.
Long Xiaojing, the chairman of the foundation, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. She extended warm welcome to all principals and head teachers of Tongwei Hope Primary School who came from afar to participate in the training, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders and teachers of Shenzhen City College and Pingshan District Teaching and Research Institute. She said that holding the training class was not only the need to cultivate more excellent students, but also the need to cultivate a group of excellent teachers. The smooth opening of the training class was the result of the hard work and wisdom of Pingshan District Teaching and Research Institute, Pingshan District Education Bureau, Shenzhen City College, Shenzhen Tongwei Love Public Welfare Foundation and other parties. She believed that the teachers would cherish this training opportunity with love and ardent expectations, and turn this love into a driving force for growth, contributing to the cultivation of moral education in the mountainous areas of central and western China.
Dean Song Nuan made a speech. He introduced the basic situation and development of Shenzhen education in the past 30 years based on his personal experience in education management, and pointed out that the Shenzhen spirit played an important role in the innovative application of education and teaching management. The current training class made a more thorough and detailed design on the basis of the previous one, with rich curriculum arrangements and various forms, including theoretical learning, shadowing, practical teaching, field visits, etc. It also designed a busy homework link for teachers, and believed that everyone would have a fulfilling week.
Long Xiaojing, the chairman of the committee, presented the banner for this session of the training class. Yang Lixuan, the representative of the students and the principal of Yunnan Xizhou Tongwei Hope Primary School, made a speech and led the students to solemnly swear.
Mr. Wang delivered a speech, pointing out that after more than 20 years of development, the theme of the foundation's assistance has been upgraded from poverty alleviation to talent cultivation. The foundation and the company should vigorously support Tongwei Hope Primary School in cultivating talents, and will provide assistance in terms of manpower, material resources and financial resources. Mr. Wang expressed his heartfelt thanks to Shenzhen City College, Pingshan District Education and Science Research Institute of Shenzhen City, and all the lecturers for their efforts in designing, writing and teaching the courses for the teachers of Tongwei Hope Primary School. It is believed that with the joint efforts of all parties, this training class will achieve high quality and level, and also provide good experience and lay a good foundation for the next training class.
From September 9th to 15th, the training class successfully completed the first stage of theoretical training. During the period, the students listened carefully to the wonderful lectures given by many well-known head teachers and experts in the education sector of Shenzhen, and gained advanced and valuable educational knowledge and management experience. From September 16th to 20th, the training class entered the second stage of on-site practice.
On the morning of October 16th, the launch meeting for the second-phase training program of the Second Session of the "Teacher's Way" was held at Xinhe Experimental School in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. Long Xiaojing, deputy general manager of Bandao Co., Ltd. and chairman of Shenzhen Tongwei Love Public Welfare Foundation, Zhong Huanbin, vice president of Pingshan District Education and Science Research Institute, Liao Qingming, director of the Training Department of Pingshan District Education and Science Research Institute, Lin Junhong, principal of Xinhe Experimental School in Pingshan District, 51 students from Tongwei Hope Primary School, and representatives of teachers from 10 outstanding schools such as Pingshan Experimental School attended the meeting.
Long Xiaojing made a speech first. She said that the second stage of the post-study training was rich in content. Through going to the Pingshan characteristic high-quality schools or the famous head teacher's studio for post-study practice, they could feel the school's philosophy and school culture, learn the class management art of the head teacher in the base school, and comprehensively consolidate and improve their own educational literacy and professional management ability.
Liao Qingming, the director of the Education and Science Research Institute of Pingshan District, Shenzhen, announced the list of pairing and assistance. 51 trainees were assigned to 10 high-quality schools in Pingshan District to carry out a three-and-a-half-day practice. The representative of the trainees, Che Xin, the principal of Huanwanguan Tongwei Hope Primary School in Shaanxi, said that they would cherish this opportunity for study and research, study diligently, think carefully, follow the work arrangement of the partner school.
Lin Junhong, the representative of the school for the field study and the principal of Pingshan Xinhe Experimental School, said that the school is open to everyone for full communication and understanding. The field study teachers should communicate with the school teachers and work together.
Zhong Huanbin, the vice president of Pingshan Education and Science Research Institute in Shenzhen, made a speech. He said that the school should provide good service, arrange the daily work and life of the teachers, and provide specific guidance for both sides to study. "We also need to build a platform, and in the future, we will strengthen online research and further deepen exchanges."
After the kick-off meeting, 51 trainees went to 10 high-quality schools in Pingshan District to start their practical learning.
